What is Guild Wars Reforged?
Guild Wars Reforged is the full classic Guild Wars experience, optimized for mobile devices. Developed by ArenaNet, it features the iconic 10-profession system with over 1,000 skills, tactical combat, and a massive story across three campaigns — now with touch-optimized controls and cross-platform play.
The mobile version connects to the same servers as PC and Steam Deck, so you can play with your existing friends and guilds. Your progress syncs across all platforms with a single ArenaNet account.
Reforged Mode introduces revised profession titles, updated skill balance, and a modernized experience while preserving the classic Guild Wars feel. The mobile version launched globally on June 24, 2026 — featuring 60fps default, gamepad support, automatic data center detection, and a major balance update across all 10 professions. Steam login coming soon for cross-platform play with existing Steam purchases.

July 8 Update Highlights
Paragon Skill Adjustments + Bug Fixes
- • Paragon (典范) skill adjustments: Mighty Throw split into PvE/PvP versions — PvP cooldown from 0 to 2. Unblockable Throw cooldown from 0 to 1. Dhuum's Rest cooldown from 5 to 4.
- • Bug Fixes: Audio no longer fails to stop/restart after switching mobile apps. In-app purchase failures now display error codes. One-time purchases no longer show as repeatable after purchase. Kinetic Armor description updated to match actual function.
- • This is a minor balance + quality-of-life patch following the major June 24 mobile launch update. No new content — primarily Paragon tuning and bug squashing.
